Meet The Lead Pastor

Pastor Chris and his wife Jen have been married for over 20 years. They have three beautiful daughters, Emma, Kate, and Cora. Their mission as a family is to faithfully serve the Lord in all that they do for His glory and the joy of others.

Before God called Pastor Chris to pastoral ministry, he worked as an engineer in the aerospace industry for nearly a decade. Over the last ten years, he has had the privilege of serving as a pastor at Radiant Bible Church (Avon, IN), leading the soul care ministry and serving as an elder. During that time, he also finished his Master of Divinity at Faith Bible Seminary. 

In 2023, Radiant's Lead Pastor and elders announced to their faith family that by God’s grace, Radiant planned to plant a new local church on the westside of Indianapolis in September 2025. After much prayer and counsel with the elder team at Radiant and others, Radiant leadership and Pastor Chris came to understand that the Lord is calling him to be the planting pastor for Hope Bible Church. He is very excited to see God continue to save and satisfy people for His glory in this new church plant in Danville, Indiana.

FAQs

We will launch public Sunday gatherings in September of 2025. When we launch, we’d love for you to check us out on a Sunday for prayer, time in the word, and fellowship. In the meantime, our core team is meeting every week to pray and prepare. 

We will be meeting at the Danville Community Middle School (1425 W Lincoln St, Danville, IN 46122). As we get closer to our launch date, we will be communicating the service time and other details. So, please continue to check our website for more information.

We are a non-denomination church partnering with the Great Commission Collective, which is a gospel-centered church planting network. We also have a Doctrinal Statement where you can read more about what we believe.

Our Beliefs

You can support us in a few tangible ways. First, we ask you to pray for us and the people of Danville. Our desire is to bring the hope of the good news of Jesus into the lives of those who have no hope. Please pray the Lord prepares those lives for hearing and believing the gospel. Second, you can give to Hope Bible Church. All donations that are received go directly to fund the ministries of Hope Bible Church. And third, if you are looking for a church home, you can come visit us on launch Sunday, September 21, 2025.
